What Bask's own pages say, and where they disagree
The live plans page names Start-up ('For small to medium size businesses looking to start offering treatment online'), Enterprise (badged most popular, adding synchronous visits, scheduling, more products, and what it calls cheaper credit card processing), and Custom (unlimited seats, white-glove setup, API access). No tier carries a price, a billing figure, or a per-visit fee. Meanwhile Bask's own July 31, 2026 blog post compares tiers named Mini, Growth, and Enterprise, with figures attached to the first two. Same vendor, two 2026 surfaces roughly six weeks apart, two tier lineups, and only the older one has numbers.
The takeaway is not that anything is wrong; it is that any Bask figure you find in a search result should be treated as stale until Bask confirms it. This is the same split-surfaces pattern we document across this lane (Karpa's pricing page went figure-free and its URL then redirected to the homepage by a later same-day check, while its offers page kept from-pricing; Rimo publishes a from-figure on marketing pages but not on its pricing page), and the operator's move is the same each time: get the current number, for the current tier names, in writing.
Any Bask price you find in a blog post or roundup is dated the day it was written. The tier names have already changed once in 2026; confirm the number and the tier it belongs to directly.
What Bask does state: terms worth knowing
The terms around the missing numbers are actually well documented on Bask's own pages, and they matter for modeling. There are no setup fees on out-of-the-box plans (custom plans sometimes carry one, its FAQ says). You can sign up and use the platform for 14 days without entering payment details, which makes the trial the real evaluation surface. Plans run month to month unless you choose annual (10% discount) or biennial (20% discount) terms paid upfront. Payments through its own processing add no transaction fee on top of what it calls your specified rate, though the rate itself is not published. And its help center notes plans can change at any time, which the tier-name history confirms.
Two clinical-side facts belong in the same picture. Bask's FAQ states you do not have to bring your own doctors: the platform provides access to physicians, clinicians, and pharmacies licensed across the US through its network integrations (Beluga Health is listed among its available provider networks), and bringing your own prescribers is supported too. What no Bask page states is what the clinical layer costs per visit, or how medication is priced per fill; both sit outside the plan fee and arrive through the network and pharmacy relationships your program actually uses.
- The current tier lineup and each tier's price, in writing, from Bask directly
- The payment-processing rate behind the no-added-transaction-fee posture
- Per-visit clinical costs through the network integration your program would use
- Per-fill medication economics through the pharmacy path you would route to
- Which Enterprise and Custom features your program actually needs, priced separately
Modeling the software line honestly
Bask's plan fee, whatever your quote lands at, prices the commerce software and rails: storefront builder, checkout, EMR and e-prescribing, integrations. A running clinic stacks more lines on top: clinical visits through a network, medication per fill, payment processing at the unpublished rate, and the operating work of support, retention, and compliance. None of that is hidden; it is simply not in the plan number, so the model has to add it before any comparison means anything.
The practical path: run the 14-day trial to evaluate the software on its merits, get the current tier prices and the processing rate in writing from sales, price the clinical and pharmacy layers from the vendors who would actually supply them, and then divide the whole stack by projected active patients at launch volume and at your twelve-month target. Our startup cost calculator assembles the surrounding budget from published anchors, and the stack index maps every layer the model has to cover.
How EmbedCare prices the same problem
EmbedCare packages what Bask's buyer assembles: 50-state clinicians, owned pharmacy supply with medication included on GLP-1 programs, the white-label storefront and funnel, retention machinery, and compliance operations, priced as flat product rates fixed in a signed partner agreement, with a self-serve Launch tier starting at $495/mo. The honest comparison is not tier versus tier; it is your modeled all-in cost per active patient under software-plus-assembly versus one operated P&L. Get both in writing and let the spreadsheet decide.
Frequently asked
- How much does Bask Health cost?
- At a September 8, 2026 check, Bask's plans page named three tiers (Start-up, Enterprise, Custom) with no dollar figures; its own July 31, 2026 blog post priced tiers under different names, so treat any figure you find as stale until Bask confirms it. What is stated: a 14-day trial without a card, no setup fees on out-of-the-box plans, month-to-month terms with 10% annual and 20% biennial prepay discounts. Get current tier prices and the payment-processing rate in writing.
- Does Bask Health have a free trial?
- Yes, per its own FAQ: you can sign up and use the platform for 14 days without entering payment details, and its help center says every plan can be tried for free. For a commerce-native team, the trial is the honest evaluation surface: build a test storefront and judge the software directly, then get the current numbers from sales before modeling.
- What does the Bask plan fee not include?
- The clinical and medication layers, and the operating work. Bask's FAQ says the platform provides access to physicians and pharmacies through its network integrations (or bring your own prescribers), but no page prices visits per consult or medication per fill; payment processing runs at an unpublished rate the no-added-fee posture sits on top of. Model those lines from the vendors who would actually supply them.
- How does Bask Health pricing compare with EmbedCare's?
- Different shapes. Bask prices commerce software in tiers (currently unpublished figures) and you assemble and operate the clinical, pharmacy, and growth layers around it. EmbedCare operates the whole stack behind your brand on flat product rates fixed in a signed partner agreement, with medication included on GLP-1 programs and a Launch tier starting at $495/mo. Compare all-in cost per active patient at the same volume, not headline versus headline.
