The vendor diligence question pack.
25 questions to ask before you sign with a white-label telehealth platform, in the order they are worth asking: which model you are actually buying, what it really costs per patient, who covers your states, who dispenses and on what legal basis, what the certification chain requires, and what happens if you leave. Check them off as you go, print a copy per vendor, and take notes in the margin. Progress saves in your browser.

01Which model you are actually buying
Four models wear similar language. This is the question everything else depends on.
02Economics: finding the real price
List prices are the start of the math. The number that matters is all-in cost per active patient.
03Clinical coverage, all verifiable
Every answer here can be checked against a licence, a rota, or a protocol document. Ask to see one.
04Pharmacy and supply, which decide your P&L
The fill is where the margin lives, and where the regulatory risk lives too.
05Compliance and certification, before you advertise
The certification chain runs on its own clock. Start these questions early or the launch waits.
06Contract and data: the questions about leaving
Ask these while they want your signature, which is the only time you have leverage.

Using the pack
What should I ask a white-label telehealth vendor?
Start with which of the four models you are buying, because software, services, a clinical API and an operated stack use similar language and leave you with very different jobs. Then work economics (all-in cost per active patient at real volumes, not list price), clinical coverage in your states for your product lines, who dispenses and on what legal basis, the certification chain, and the terms that govern leaving. This pack is those questions in order, numbered so you can take notes against them.
Which answers should worry me?
Vagueness where precision is cheap. A vendor that cannot give an all-in per-patient number at three volumes has not modeled it or does not want you to. A compounded product with no specific, current legal basis in writing is a risk someone is planning to hand you. And any answer about data or exit that lives in the sales deck rather than the agreement is not an answer, because the agreement is the only version that will exist when it matters.
Is my progress saved?
In your browser only: progress persists in localStorage on this device and is never sent anywhere. Print for a paper copy to take into the call, and reset to start over for the next vendor.
Can I use this to compare several vendors?
Print one copy per vendor and write the answers beside the questions. The comparison that matters is not who scores higher overall but where two vendors answer the same question differently, because that difference is usually the actual product difference underneath the positioning.
