Evaluating Qualiphy?
Qualiphy vs EmbedCare: the chairside lane and the program lane.
Qualiphy sells per-consultation good-faith exams and prescriptions to med spas and clinics running in-person treatments. EmbedCare launches and operates virtual care programs behind your brand. Adjacent problems, different products; this page helps you tell which one you are actually shopping for.
A GFE layer keeps your in-spa treatments compliant. An operated stack launches a virtual program.
EmbedCare vs Qualiphy, model by model
Qualiphy positions as pay-per-consult good-faith-exam & telehealth layer for med spas and clinics. Here's where the models differ.
| Dimension | Qualiphy | EmbedCare |
|---|---|---|
| Clinician workforce | 350+ advanced practice providers (its claim), engaged per consult | Credentialed 50-state network, routed on an SLA. One contract |
| Pharmacy supply | Prescribes and ships per consult via integrated pharmacies; billed as tangible costs | Owned pharmacy supply network: integrated compounding pharmacies |
| Storefront & funnel | None: your spa or clinic is the storefront | Included: white-label storefront + intake on your domain |
| Conversion & retention engine | Not its product | Shipped: funnels, SMS/email, refills, winback |
| Compliance operations | The GFE layer itself; LegitScript-certified seal on its site | Operated: LegitScript, HIPAA, state prescribing |
| Contract shape | Published pay-per-consult; no sign-up or monthly fee (its pages) | Flat product rates; your margin flexes, ours doesn't |
| Brand & data ownership | Verify terms; its platform entity states it is not a medical entity | Yours: brand, patients, and data stay with you |
Comparison is model-level, based on each vendor's public positioning as of September 2026; capabilities, pricing, and terms change; verify independently before relying on any statement here. Pricing observations describe what vendors publish or publicly market, not private quotes. All trademarks belong to their owners; EmbedCare is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vendor named.
Qualiphy pricing
Qualiphy publishes its unit price outright, which is rare in this category. As of September 8, 2026 its pricing page says $27.99 per consultation or exam, pay-as-you-go with no sign-up or monthly fee, and its FAQ adds a $28.99 tier for prescription consultations plus the line that if a consultation has medication, labs, or other tangible costs, 'we charge accordingly.' Volume discounts and the pass-through amounts are not published.
Its marketing leans into the model itself: a pay-per-use page argues against 'subscription-based platforms that require recurring fees regardless of patient volume,' naming no one. The mirror-image argument runs on the membership side of this lane (see our Spakinect page), which is why model fit matters more than the sticker: steady exam volume can favor a membership, sporadic volume favors per-exam.
EmbedCare prices a different product: the operated virtual-program stack, as flat product rates fixed in your partner agreement, with a self-serve Launch tier starting at $495/mo.
Qualiphy reviews
Qualiphy's site claims over 2,500 five-star reviews without naming the platform; its footer links to a Google review page, it had no Trustpilot profile at our September 8, 2026 check, and no G2 or Capterra presence surfaced the same day. The practical review base is its live Google profile plus references: ask spas at your volume how exams actually go at peak hours.
Whichever vendor you pick, ask for two reference calls with operators at your volume, and ask both the same three questions: what does a fill actually cost you all-in, who owns the patient record if you leave, and what happened the last time something broke on a Friday.
Top Qualiphy alternatives

Margin Engine
Set your active patients. This is the margin running through your stack.
Modeled on a representative blended program mix across care lines. DTC GLP-1 subscriptions alone run ~$199/mo in the market. Illustrative estimate only; actual results vary with mix, retention, pricing, and medication costs. Not guaranteed earnings.
Add the program lane alongside.
- 01
Keep chairside separate
Your good-faith-exam workflow for in-spa treatments stays exactly where it is. A virtual program is a second product line, not a replacement, so nothing about your existing exams has to change.
- 02
Scope the program
Pick the care lines (weight loss and GLP-1s are the usual start), get flat product rates in writing, and model the per-patient economics next to your spa's existing margins.
- 03
Launch alongside
The operated program goes live behind your brand (clinicians, pharmacy supply, storefront, retention) while your chairside business runs untouched.
If you run a med spa or clinic doing in-person treatments and need compliant good-faith exams on demand, this lane is the right category and an operated telehealth platform is the wrong tool; choose within the lane on model fit (per-exam versus membership), your state's coverage, and references. The EmbedCare case is the adjacent ambition: when the same business wants a virtual program under its own brand, that is the product we operate.
Qualiphy: what operators ask
What states does Qualiphy cover?
Its own pages give two answers as of September 8, 2026: the FAQ says it serves 48 states plus DC and is not available in Alabama or Mississippi, while one marketing page claims all 50 states. Treat the FAQ as the operational answer and confirm your state directly before onboarding. Both synchronous and asynchronous exams are offered, with async available in every state that allows asynchronous medical visits, per its FAQ.
How much does Qualiphy cost?
Published on its own pages as of September 8, 2026: $27.99 per consultation or exam (good-faith exams for med spas), $28.99 for prescription consultations per its FAQ, pay-as-you-go with no sign-up or monthly fee, and medication, labs, or other tangible costs charged additionally. What is not published: volume discounts, enterprise terms, and the pass-through amounts. For steady volume, price it against membership-model GFE services before choosing.
What are the best Qualiphy alternatives?
In the same lane: Spakinect (membership model with W-2 nurse practitioners) and TrueEval-class services that position against quick-clearance exams. That is the right comparison if you need chairside GFEs for in-person treatments. If what you actually want is to launch a virtual weight-loss or wellness program under your brand, that is a different product: operated platforms like EmbedCare, or clinical networks like Beluga Health.
How is EmbedCare different from Qualiphy?
Different products for adjacent buyers. Qualiphy is a per-consult exam and prescription layer for treatments happening in your physical location. EmbedCare operates complete virtual care programs behind your brand: 50-state clinicians, owned pharmacy supply with medication included on GLP-1 programs, storefront, retention, and compliance, on flat product rates. Many med spas eventually need both categories; they are still separate purchases.
